In November 2019, the Department of Justice Antitrust Division announced a new Strike Force aimed at rooting out collusion in the government contracting process. The Strike Force will train and educate procurement officials nationwide to recognize and report suspicious conduct in procurement activities and aggressively investigate and prosecute misconduct impacting federal contracts and programs. Join us for a program discussing the new Strike Force and its mission, including remarks by G. Zachary Terwilliger, the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia.
